Here’s one of my favorite places in Houston.   Rothko Chapel, a non-denominational chapel.  The interior is not only a chapel, but also as a major work of modern art.  On its walls are fourteen black but color-hued paintings by Mark Rothko.   It’s such a soothing, peaceful place to visit.

Why is it one of my favorite places?  I thought you’d never ask.   I was married to my amazing husband there in February 2018.

What’s the prize?   

Daniel Smith watercolor essentials set:  warm and cool of each of the primaries.   AND some 5 x 7 inch (approx A5 size) samples of Arches, Fabriano Artistico, Shizen, and other 100% watercolor paper.  Hot press, cold press, and rough, 140 lb and 300 lb!  Paper AND paint, how awesome is that?  🙂
